These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Bright Coast Clean. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Services

Bright Coast Clean provides residential, Airbnb and short-stay, exit, deep, move-in, and commercial cleaning services across the Fleurieu Peninsula. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings

Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email. A booking is confirmed once accepted by Bright Coast Clean.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less notice may incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided where possible.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Pricing is based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. Additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes or additional services are requested. Payment terms will be confirmed at booking.

5. Access & Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. This includes keys, lockboxes, codes, or ensuring someone is present. Please notify us of pets, hazards, or special access instructions prior to the service.

6. Service Standards & Satisfaction

We take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of the service so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

7. Exclusions

Unless agreed in advance, our services do not include moving heavy furniture, outdoor cleaning, high-level cleaning, pest control, or hazardous materials.

8. Damage & Liability

Bright Coast Clean holds appropriate insurance. Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

9. Safety & Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or stop a service if unsafe conditions are present.

10. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
